Management Trainee, Davao del Sur

The management trainee position is designed to develop future leaders within a fast-food restaurant. The trainee works under the guidance of experienced managers to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to manage daily operations. This role involves hands-on experience in customer service, food preparation, staff supervision, and inventory control. The goal is to prepare the trainee to eventually take on a managerial role by understanding all aspects of restaurant operations and management.

• A graduate of any business course;
• Preferably with experienced working on a fast-food company, at least 2-3 years experience in the fast food or QSR industry with significant experience in at least two out of the following areas:
• Product Quality
• Service Quality
• Sales & Marketing
