Sales & Customer Service

  • Greet customers, answer inquiries, and assist with product selection.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hardware and home improvement products.
  • Operate the cash register, process sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed neatly.
  • Assist with inventory management and receiving shipments.


Bookkeeping & Administrative

  • Record daily sales and reconcile cash, credit, and check transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and supplier orders.
  • Input financial data into bookkeeping software or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in preparing simple financial reports for management.
  • Track store expenses and support budget monitoring.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior retail or hardware store experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) is a plus.
  • Computer Literate
  • With Complete Philhealth, PAGIBIG, SSS
