Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Back Office Representative for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role is not directly customer-facing but supports customer experience through tasks like content moderation, data entry, e-commerce tagging, writing, research, fraud prevention, verification, claims processing, transcription, photo editing, and data management.


Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Back Office Representative

  • Perform different types of research to produce leads using multiple channels
  • Send out initial, follow up and reply emails to leads using a set of guides
  • Completely and accurately encode information and logs all related interactions in the system
  • Assist inventory-controlling staff in maintaining inventory records
  • Perform other back-office tasks related to research
  • Reclassification of audience demographics (requires work in Excel, being able to manage Pivot tables as well as updating information)


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • High Typing Speed and Accuracy
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Have Basic Understanding of Data Validation
  • Analytical thinking
