Concession Sales Officer, Davao del Sur

The Concession Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within assigned concession areas (mall outlets, department stores, or partner retail spaces). The role ensures excellent customer service, proper product display, inventory management, and coordination with store management to maximize brand visibility and sales performance.

• Sales and Customer Service
• Actively promote and sell company products within the concession area.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
• Merchandising and Display
• Ensure that products are properly displayed, priced, and replenished at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing concession space aligned with company standards.
• Inventory and Reporting
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and submit sales and stock reports as required.
• Ensure accurate handling of cash, receipts, and sales transactions.
• Coordination and Compliance
• Build and maintain good working relationships with host store personnel and management.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, company guidelines, and promotional requirements.
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches within the concession area.

• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong sales support, effective sales training abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in sales strategies, support sales team, maintain customer relationships.
