The Sales Representative is responsible for executing both onsite and offsite sales and marketing efforts focused on K2P-Push Bikes and Havaianas Slippers. This includes promoting products, generating enrollments, managing inventory, and identifying new market opportunities. The role demands active fieldwork, store presence, event participation, and strong customer engagement skills to help grow both direct and partner sales channels and other responsibilities.
Daily Task- Onsite
- Assist walk-in customers (slippers, bikes, accessories)
- Conduct product demos for Push Bikes.
- Process & record daily sales transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain store/booth cleanliness & display standards
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment.
Daily Task - Offsite
- Visit 1 - 2 prospective clients, resellers, or event partners
- Conduct field product presentations
- Follow up leads via phone, email at least 10-15 clients & social media (K2P Page, Online Business Pages, Marketplace, Instagram & likes) at least 5 post.
- Distribute flyers or marketing materials
- Submit daily sales report & proof of transactions
- Coordination with sales team for stocks and other client concerns.
Weekly Task- Onsite
- Participate in mall events or pop-up booths
- Coordinate with mall admin for promo activities
- Monitor weekly bike sales for incentive tracking
- Update in-store promotional materials
- Conduct short product training for in-store team
Weekly Task- Offsite
- Attend community events for Push Bikes Academy enrollments
- Secure at least 1 new reseller/partner lead
- Follow up pending proposals or quotations
- Conduct after-sales visits to clients
- Prepare & submit weekly sales summary
Monthly Task - Onsite
- Assist in monthly inventory count
- Organize monthly promos or clearance sales
- Review in-store sales trends with management
- Maintain updated product catalogs onsite
- Track & report stock inventory
Monthly Task - Offsite
- Achieve monthly sales & enrollment targets
- Close at least 1 new outright partner/outlet/reseller
- Organize at least 1 major offsite marketing event/demo
- Submit complete monthly performance report with receipts/proof
- Recommend potential new locations for expansion
- Education. Bachelors degree in business management, marketing, or equivalent; postgraduate studies is an advantage.
- Work Experience. Minimum of one-year experience in sales and marketing management. Or proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or footwear industry
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. Have knowledge of sales, marketing, and business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data systems; excellent organizational and administrative skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creativity and problem-solving skills; highly fitted in a fast and dynamic business environment; can do, will do attitude; trustworthy and results & detail-oriented; and also has ability to effectively research new markets
