Description

Accounts:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and credit notes.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Admin:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files and company documents.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Reporting:

  •  Inventory management
  •  Cash Management
  •  and other Ad Hoc Tasks.
  • Education-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administration.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
