Seasonal Back Office Associate (Accounting) Position

This role will focus on collecting, researching, and analyzing accounts receivable and collections data while providing support for the finance and collections teams for a six-month seasonal period.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, research, and analyze accounts receivable and collections data.
• Help maintain accurate customer records in billing platform and CRM.
• Provide Tier 1 support for the accounts receivable and collections team to drive efficient collections operations and enable senior team members.
• Assist with various data cleanup projects.
• Potential to assist with accounts payable process.
• Other finance and related projects as assigned.
