Architect, Davao del Sur

LEXCO Mgt. & Construction Co. is looking for a Site Architect to join our team and oversee the architectural aspects of construction projects directly on-site. The role involves supervising work, conducting inspections, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed according to design, quality, and safety standards.

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with plans.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and contractors.
• Resolve on-site issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed Architect (preferred).
• Experience in construction site management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
