6. Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research to identify prospective clients within the assigned territory or segment.
- Develop and execute strategies to reach and attract new customers.
- Actively prospect through cold calls, field visits, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Client Acquisition & Sales
- Present and promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Convert prospects into active customers through strategic follow-ups and relationship building.
3. Account Onboarding & Activation
- Facilitate the setup of new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery and account activation.
- Provide initial product orientation, merchandising guidelines (if applicable), and ordering processes to new clients.
4. Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for new accounts during the first months of engagement.
- Resolve any concerns or issues promptly to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
- Establish a foundation for long-term relationships and potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
5. Reporting & Monitoring
- Submit accurate and timely weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track new account performance against sales projections and company KPIs.
- Maintain updated customer information in the company database/CRM.
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
- Identify emerging trends, shifts in customer preferences, and potential threats in the market.
- Provide actionable feedback to management for continuous improvement of products and strategies.
- Graduate of any four year course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- With valid drivers license or motorcycle and willing to travel/perform fieldwork.
