Description
  • Work closely with middle management and upper management on executing and delivering design projects from start to finish, promptly.
  • Manage priorities and expectations.
  • Design and deliver multiple projects at a time.
  • Attend meetings with Middle and Upper Management to discuss business objectives and requirements when needed.
  • Execute work while adhering to brand design guidelines.
  • Communicate if a project is at risk and when more information or time is required to complete the task/project in a timely fashion.
  • Accept constructive criticism and/or critical feedback.
  • Ensure that all work files such as source files, final files, images, attachments, and others related to projects are properly filed, managed, and archived following the latest documented procedures.
  • Maintain an expert level understanding of the latest design applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Stay informed of emerging industry trends, programs, and platforms.
  • Experienced in Digital Marketing is a PLUS.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in a relevant field
  • MBA or BA Degree with an emphasis in graphic design, media arts, or relevant field. This is optional if you have an extensive design portfolio and good communication.
  • Willing to work at the office in Davao City.


Key Traits/Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of graphic design work in file preparation for print on demand, multimedia design, or Web Design.
  • Fluent English, in written and oral communications
  • Extensive experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of job-related work experience preferably with advertising agencies or media companies, corporate marketing, advertising, or design firms.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Supplementary training is advantageous but not required.
  • Confident in English language.


Work Schedule:

  • 40hrs / week
  • US Work Hours - 9 am-6 pm Pacific Time
  • US Work Days - Monday to Friday
  • Work Schedule affected by Daylight Savings
