Sales Associate, Davao del Sur

Welcome customers and help them with the selection of merchandise.

Upsell and cross sell all the available items/products in the store.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shelves are well-stocked.

Ensure stock levels on the sales floor are maintained continually

Contribute to visual merchandising for an organized and appealing store layout.

Participate in sales promotions and campaigns to drive revenue.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Participate in counting store's physical inventory

Maintain cleanliness by cleaning shelves, counters or tables and dispose of cardboard waste and trash.

At least a Sr. High School graduate

Candidates with prior retail experience, especially in similar roles

May be designated according to product sold or type of store

Understanding of inventory and stock forecasting and replenishment management

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge on upselling and cross selling.

Understands a customer-centric service.
