Work Set-Up: On-site

• Inspect and certify incoming construction materials for compliance with approved standards
• Develop and implement quality procedures, inspection criteria, and checklists
• Conduct continuous inspections of finishing work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Prepare necessary quality control documentation and process reviews
• Perform other QC-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• With active Licensed in Civil Engineer
• At least 4- 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer in construction projects
• Experience in project management and design software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office)
• Can start ASAP and willing to attend FACE to FACE interview.
