About the Role:
- WeAnswer BPO is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive innovation and growth for our SaaS and AI-powered automation platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage backlogs.
- Oversee the development and integration of APIs, cloud services (AWS), MySQL, and AI-powered automation.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance metrics to optimize product outcomes.
- Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders, bridging the gap between business and technology.
- Identify product gaps and drive innovative solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager in SaaS, AI, or automation-driven platforms.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of APIs, cloud services (AWS), MySQL, and AI-powered automation.
- Project Management: Ability to lead Agile/Scrum teams, prioritize backlogs, and drive execution.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset to identify gaps and deliver innovative solutions.
- Startup Experience (Preferred): Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in field service management or home service software.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and automation tools.
- Previous experience working with offshore development teams.
