* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

* Previous experience as a Helper (preferred, but not required).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

* Good physical condition and stamina.

* Basic hand and power tool knowledge (preferred).

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
