High school diploma or equivalent

* Experience: Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not always required.

Skills:

* Basic Math Skills: Accurate calculations for handling cash, making change, and processing transactions.

* Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, friendliness, patience, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

* Cash Handling Skills: Accuracy in handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.

* Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

* Attention to Detail: Accuracy in scanning items, processing transactions, and balancing the cash drawer.
