Backhoe Operator, Davao del Sur

The Backhoe Operator is responsible for operating a backhoe to excavate trenches, dig foundations, and perform other construction and maintenance tasks as assigned. This position requires a high degree of skill and safety awareness.

Education:

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:

* Experience in construction or related field preferred

Skills:

* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues

* Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices

* Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints (preferred)
