JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will draft and review detailed drawings and design layouts for project compliance
• Responsible in calculating dimensions, material quantities, and structural specifications
• Responsible in conducting site inspections and evaluate contractor work for quality and compliance
• Prepare cost estimates, reports, and project documentation
• Oversee construction timelines, work requests, and site coordination
