We are looking for a dependable and experienced Messenger/ Liaison Officer based in Davao City, who can assist efficient handling and delivery of documents to banks, government offices, and other agencies. The ideal candidate must own a motorcycle, familiarized with local routes, and have a prior experience in official document processing and coordination.

• Deliver and Retrieve important documents, payments, and packages from/to banks, governments offices, and other agencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with agencies such as BIR, SSS, Pag-Ibig, and PhilHealth, LTO, City Hall, etc. on behalf of the company.
• Ensuring proper handling and confidentiality of the documents.
• Accurate log and track all deliveries, transactions, and document processes.
• Perform errands, including payment of bills and submission of permits.
• Perform other administrative support tasks assigned.
