Create, layout, design, deliver, convert, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns
Set up and optimize company pages and posts within each online platform to increase the effectiveness and visibility of company's social and online content
Update all social media platforms posts and respond to followers; administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content. Plan and execute a social media calendar for the digital marketing campaign
Create a robust Market Research Report and execute marketing administration functions.
Keep up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing and continuously test and recommend new tools and techniques to further improve digital marketing performance
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members (either direct customers or real estate agents and salespersons) to take action
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each platform
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company
Act in a front-line capacity in various roles encompassed by real estate marketing and sales cycle, including among others broker coordination and support, customer service, marketing administration, and real estate sales account management.
