Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with account-related inquiries, billing concerns, and general financial service questions.

Handle customer interactions through phone, email, or chat depending on business needs.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Follow company procedures and compliance standards related to financial accounts.
Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate.
No BPO experience required — we welcome newbies and career shifters.
Good to excellent English communication skills.
Must be willing to work onsite in Davao City.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to multitask.
