Job Summary:

AGRF Ecogreen Builders and Supply Inc. is seeking a dynamic and organized HR/Admin Officer to manage and support human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, payroll preparation, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, grievance processes, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate training sessions, employee evaluations, and development programs.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance records.
Payroll Preparation:
• Accurately compute and prepare monthly payroll in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and other statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll adjustments such as overtime, leaves, and deductions.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll information.
• Coordinate with accounting for timely remittance of payroll and benefits.
Administrative Duties:
• Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
• Organize company files, contracts, and important documents.
• Handle business permits, licenses, and government reportorial requirements.
• Support company events, meetings, and activities as needed.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• At least [1-3] years of experience in HR, administration, and payroll processing.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with HRIS or Payroll Software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sprout, GreatDay HR).
• Knowledge of ISO standards and HR process audits is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
