Kitchen Crew members are essential to the smooth and efficient operation of a restaurant kitchen. They perform a variety of tasks, including food preparation, cleaning, and assisting cooks.

Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

* Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables and fruits.

* Marinate meats and other ingredients.

* Prepare sauces, dressings, and other garnishes.

* Assist cooks with food preparation tasks as directed.

Cleaning and Sanitation:

* Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.

* Clean and sanitize work stations, cooking equipment, and floors.
