Description

Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.), tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and answer any questions regarding the menu or products. Provide friendly and efficient service throughout the customers visit.
Cash Handling: Process customer payments, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the coffee station, kitchen area, and customer seating areas clean and organized. Regularly clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of the menu, including new products or seasonal specials, and provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
Stocking and Inventory: Monitor and restock inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies. Inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues when needed.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service during busy times, and assist with other tasks as needed (e.g., food preparation, washing dishes).
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety, health, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local regulations. Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared in a clean and hygienic environment.
