Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and iced coffees.
• Brew coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks by following standard preparation procedures.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and drink options.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS):

• Operate the cash register, process payments, and give correct change.
• Maintain an accurate register and balance cash at the end of shifts.
