Cleaning Operation Manager, Davao del Sur

Team Management and Leadership:

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff, ensuring they are properly trained in cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Assign daily tasks to cleaning teams and monitor their performance to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and feedback to staff, promoting a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and handle any employee-related issues, including disciplinary actions if needed.

Cleaning Operations Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and oversee cleaning schedules for various facilities (offices, hospitals, hotels, etc.), ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to standard.
• Coordinate with clients, building managers, or department heads to understand specific cleaning needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Monitor the cleanliness of facilities and ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standards, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and other specialized areas.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Address any cleaning-related issues or complaints from clients or building occupants in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain quality control programs and cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are used efficiently and effectively.

Budget and Cost Control:

• Manage the cleaning operations budget, ensuring costs are controlled and services are delivered within budget constraints.
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies, order new supplies, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and delivery schedules.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
