Customer Service:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as they enter the store.
• Assist customers by answering their questions, providing product recommendations, and offering advice based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and prices.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.

Sales Support:

• Help customers make purchasing decisions by suggesting complementary products (upselling and cross-selling).
• Promote and explain store promotions, loyalty programs, and discounts.
• Actively engage in sales activities, aiming to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

Product Display and Merchandising:

• Maintain attractive product displays in line with company standards and promotional strategies.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, and products are neatly organized and properly labeled.
• Monitor product stock levels and report low stock or missing items to management.
