Sales Assistant, Davao del Sur

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team. This includes scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, managing customer databases, processing orders, and coordinating travel arrangements for sales representatives.
• Assist with customer inquiries and order fulfillment. This includes responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives. This may include assisting with the planning and execution of sales campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and gathering market data.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Support: Schedule appointments, prepare sales presentations, manage customer databases, and coordinate travel arrangements for sales representatives.

* Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Order Processing: Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, including order entry, data entry, and order tracking.
