Branch Manager, Davao del Sur

• Lead and manage all aspects of sales operations, including order management, forecasting, pricing, and sales reporting. This includes optimizing order fulfillment processes, developing and implementing accurate sales forecasts, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and ensuring pricing strategies are competitive and profitable.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales performance against established goals. This involves setting measurable targets for sales teams, monitoring progress regularly, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. This includes facilitating communication and coordination between departments, resolving operational challenges, and identifying opportunities for process improvement across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle, including order entry, processing, fulfillment, and invoicing.
• Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies, analyze pricing data, and monitor profitability.
• Sales Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular sales reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to drive sales growth.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales operations professionals.
• CRM Management: Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service to resolve customer inquiries and address any operational issues.
