Sales Assistant, Ilocos Norte

The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets. This position requires a friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries accurately and effectively.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Sales Support:

• Assist in merchandising and displaying products effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and tracking.
• Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Other Duties:

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
