Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation by chopping, dicing, and assembling ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and mixers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning countertops, cooking surfaces, and kitchen utensils.
• Ensure proper food storage and labeling to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
• Support cooks and chefs in food assembly, plating, and garnishing.
• Help in the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment and dining utensils.
• Assist with the unloading and storage of food deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
• Participate in kitchen team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies related to kitchen operations.
