Store Operation Manager, Davao del Sur

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Store Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our retail store. In this leadership role, you will manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail management, a passion for achieving targets, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management & Operations:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning.
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency in all aspects of store operations.
• Monitor store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Staff Leadership & Development:

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales associates and store staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive team environment.
• Schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while managing labor costs effectively.
• Develop team members for career advancement and cross-functional roles.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory control, including stock rotation, ordering, and ensuring products are well-stocked on the sales floor.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and proper stock levels.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure the store provides outstanding customer service at all times by setting clear service standards and leading by example.
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure all customer-facing team members understand the importance of product knowledge, upselling, and building customer loyalty.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

• Track and analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Lead store sales initiatives and promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Report on store performance, including sales figures, customer feedback, and staff performance, to senior management.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:

• Ensure the stores layout, displays, and overall presentation meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to implement seasonal and promotional displays that attract customers and maximize sales.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure safety standards and cleanliness are maintained
