Store Staff play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. This position requires individuals with a friendly and helpful demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering a positive shopping experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and making purchase decisions.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Store Operations:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store environment.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure proper product rotation.
• Assist with receiving and processing inventory shipments.
• Assist with visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure the store is properly maintained and adheres to safety standards.

Cash Handling:

• Accurately handle cash and card transactions.
• Balance cash drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prevent and deter theft and fraud.

Teamwork:

• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals.
• Assist fellow team members as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
