QA Engineer, Pampanga

Create/ Verify/ Maintain efficient Quality Control and Quality Assurance Procedure.

 Identify QC Training needs and analyze the training effectiveness.

 Evaluate the qualification/ performance of QC members.

 Work from job sites as required to monitor quality control performance. Track and document work activities.

Assist with the actual labor and manufacturing of projects as time permits/as needed.

Generates quality reports.

 Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations.

 Develop process improvements to improve quality performance. 

 Assist QMR for needed improvements of the QMS requirements in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard. 

 Responsible in the overall management of the internal audit process including planning, coordination, implementation, review of audit report and reporting of the overall result of the internal audit

 Authority to hire, dismiss and exercise discipline and/or promote Quality Control/Assurance Inspector.

 Ensuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO9001 Quality Management System.

 Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs

 Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management

 Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization

 Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented
