Elementary Teacher and High School Teacher, Davao del Sur

The Elementary/High School Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in [Grade Levels: e.g., Grades 1-5, Grades 6-10]. Key responsibilities include:

Instruction:

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.

* Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, discussions, and technology integration.

* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.

* Assess student learning through various methods, including quizzes, tests, and observations, and provide constructive feedback.

* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.

Classroom Management:

* Establish and maintain a safe and disciplined classroom environment.

* Effectively manage student behavior and resolve classroom conflicts.

* Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.

Professional Development:

* Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

* Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to improve teaching and learning.
