Helper, Ilocos Norte

The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.

Responsibilities:

* Cleaning and sanitizing vacant apartment units prior to new tenant occupancy. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.

* Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.

* Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.

* Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.

* Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.

* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

* Following all safety regulations and procedures.
