Hair Stylist, Davao del Sur

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Hair Cutting & Styling:

* Perform a variety of hair cutting techniques, including but not limited to:

* Haircuts for men, women, and children

* Creative styling (e.g., updos, braids, special occasion styles)

* Blowouts and styling

* Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.

* Advise clients on hair care products and styling techniques.

Coloring & Chemical Services:

* Perform a range of hair coloring services, including:

* Single-process color

* Highlights and lowlights

* Balayage

* Ombre

* Color correction

* Perform chemical treatments such as perms and relaxers (if certified).

Customer Service:

* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and enjoyable salon experience.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Actively participate in client consultations and recommend services.

* Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Salon Operations:

* Adhere to salon policies and procedures.

* Assist with salon maintenance and cleanliness.

* Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

* Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.
