- Maintaining the lawn by weeding and aerating the grass.
- Watering the plants and grass as per their needs.
- Pruning and trimming the grass and plants.
- Using gardening equipment and machinery as and when needed.
- Monitoring the progress of the growing plants.
- Making use of fertilizers both natural and synthetic.
- Maintaining gardening equipment and tools.
- Cleaning the garden on a day-to-day basis.
- Reporting to the Supervisor if there are any garden-related issues.
- Gathering and disposing of rubbish and litter from the ground.
- Performing pest control and managing weed control.
- Staying updated with the various gardening techniques.
- Recommend plant and landscape design ideas based on sunlight, soil condition, and watering needs.
- Regularly maintain and repair gardening equipment and structures, such as sharpening and disinfecting shovels, shears, and lawnmower blades, and fixing fencing or edging.
- Ensure gardening and maintenance work adhere to the proper safety and health regulations.
