Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Achieve the departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Team up with other departments to ensure proper customer service.
Provide ideas and strategies on ways to improve sales.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company.
Live the corporate values and keenly observe all policies and procedures of the company.
Accepts and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.
