Job Description

As a Non Voice Agent (Data Annotator), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and engaging online environment. Youll monitor user-generated content, provide customer support, and contribute to the development of machine learning modelsall while refining the platform's processes for excellence.

Content Review and Moderation

• Monitor and review user-created content, including text, images, and videos, ensuring all platform activity adheres to guidelines.
• Detect and address risks that may violate policies, procedures, or community standards.
• Respond to reports about inappropriate or offensive content and take appropriate action, such as flagging or removing violations.

Customer Support

• Provide constructive responses to customers about flagged or removed content, clearly explaining the reasons for actions taken.

Machine Learning Support

• Organize and label data to help train machine learning models with high-quality examples.
• Maintain detailed notes on content reviews, including the rationale behind actions taken.

Process Improvement

• Offer feedback to enhance moderation techniques and refine policies and procedures.
