Production Unit Officer, Davao del Sur

A. Production and Manufacturing

• Oversee and provide support to the Production Unit.
• Ensure that the companys policies and procedures are being implemented and followed.
• Ensure that production and manufacturing processes are proper, efficient and cost-effective to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure efficient management of production schedules and allocation of resources.
• Ensure that production equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Develop and implement process improvements for optimization and reduction of costs.

B. Manpower Management

• Promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility and adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork, professional growth, and skill development.
• Identify and recommend training opportunities for the Production Team Leaders to continuously improve skills and competencies.
• Appraise Production Team Leaders performance and provide feedback accordingly to improve productivity.

C. Reports and Documentation

• Regularly review production documentation and logs.
• Generate reports on production, such as volume produced and issues encountered, and present to top management.

D. Others

• Recommend and implement resolution to customer complaints related to product quality.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
