The Resident Engineer - Electrical | Auxiliary is a vital member of the Construction Management team, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of electrical and auxiliary aspects of construction projects. This role involves supervising contractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and contributing to project reports and documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance
- Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards in electrical and auxiliary work.
- Oversee electrical and auxiliary construction activities, emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in electrical and auxiliary aspect.
2. Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for electrical and auxiliary work.
- Coordinate electrical and auxiliary project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans.
- Implement control measures to manage the scope, time, and costs of electrical and auxiliary work.
3. Reporting and Documentation
1. Contribute to project progress reports, with a focus on electrical and auxiliary aspects.
