MSP Service Engineer, Pampanga

To provide essential service and support both internally and externally to managed services customers, distributors, and vendor partners.

Service Delivery 

• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 Service Engineers
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
• Manage and support user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems
• Work with Active Directory, Office 365, and other common enterprise IT systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer back-up failures

Projects

• Action assigned minor works and project tickets 
• Participate in internal IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services 
• Suggest and implement enhancements to improve system reliability, security, and performance 
• Assist in completing audits of existing equipment

Administration

• Follow up outstanding tickets and record outcome accurately 
• Update your timesheet to reflect time spent on each ticket 
• Proactively work on priority queue items when not on the phone 
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. 
• Assist with knowledge transfer and training to other staff members
