Sourcing Officer for Self Employed Coach Business

• Conduct market research on prospective cities in Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Indonesia based on GDP per capita and initiate a conversation using various social media platforms.
• Obtain and develop potential coach in Taiwan and accurately record and update all of the information on the CRM to ensure effective management records.
• Communicate with potential coach using development letters or initial contact template, social media posting, and emailing until such convincing them to attend the business presentation.
• Conduct effective follow-ups to communicate the value proposition of Dadi, encouraging them to join the Trial Month Program and ultimately helping them to received the certificate that will serve as their eligibility to conduct the programs of Dadi.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, assist them in developing their business plans, and provide ongoing support for successful program implementation.
