Customer Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers, including businesses, retail partners, and direct consumers.

Market & Product Knowledge:

- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and industry trends.
Customer Service & Support:
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and benefits to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
