Description

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll etc.
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes including reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual analysis.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and legal requirements.
Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide guidance and support to junior members of the accounting team.
