• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions in Boracay.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Reservations and Bookings:
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest preferences are met, such as room setup and special requests.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate guest records and update the system as needed.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
• Handle payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets, while ensuring proper documentation.

Customer Assistance:

• Provide recommendations on activities, tours, restaurants, and transportation in Boracay.
• Coordinate with local service providers for bookings (e.g., island hopping tours, spa services).
• Assist guests with transportation needs, such as airport transfers or tricycle bookings.

Operational Support:

• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor the lobbys cleanliness and ensure it remains inviting at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations or guest safety concerns.
