Customer Service Representative, Cebu

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Travel Account based in Cebu IT Park.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and concerns.

Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email support.

Handle bookings, reservations, cancellations, and account concerns.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.

At least 6 months Customer Service Experience (CCE).

Good English communication skills.

Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park.

Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Salary Package:

Up to 25,000
