Production Supervisor, Cebu

We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee farm operations with a strong focus on biosecurity, animal health, and workforce management. This role ensures compliance with protocols, supervises daily activities, and supports efficient production flow. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, adaptable, and capable of leading teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce biosecurity standards across all production areas.
• Monitor animal health daily and initiate treatment when necessary.
• Diagnose and address diseases or unusual conditions through observation.
• Record and analyze mortality and morbidity data for operational improvements.
• Supervise vaccination programs and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Implement SOPs in Farrowing and WeantoFinish operations.
• Plan and manage work schedules to meet manpower needs.
• Coordinate with the Farm Manager on operational concerns.
• Perform additional tasks to support production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in swine farm operations.
• Willingness to stay onsite at Pinamungajan, Cebu.
• Strong adaptability, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
