We're looking for customer-focused and motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing team! As a Call Center Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy

Assist customers by providing product and service details

Address and resolve issues promptly and accurately

Handle account updates, service requests, and related transactions

Keep records updated and document customer interactions

Adhere to company policies, scripts, and performance standards


Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

Willing to work on site

Education: At least High School or Senior High School Graduate

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
