We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Prestige Mobility Advisor (Luxury Sales) to represent our premium automotive brand- Denza. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets while upholding the brands luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized and consultative sales experience to luxury automotive customers
• Understand client lifestyle, mobility needs, and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and options
• Manage the full sales journey, from inquiry and test drive to closing and post-sales follow-up
• Build and maintain a strong client base to generate repeat sales and referrals
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining premium customer satisfaction levels
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including vehicle features, technology, and brand positioning
• Ensure showroom presentation and customer interactions reflect luxury brand standards
• Accurately record leads, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
